Tesla in Iceland & on Mars
Gone are the days when image editing was confined to minor tweaks and adjustments. Artificial intelligence has opened up a world of possibilities, allowing creators to bend reality and explore new artistic frontiers. During a personal project, I leveraged the power of AI to transport Tesla's Cybertruck, a vehicle that dominated headlines, to the breathtaking landscapes of Iceland. This endeavor led me on a virtual journey across diverse terrains by feeding existing images of the futuristic truck into AI tools like Adobe Firefly and Magnific.
Bridal Gown Compositing
I don't have much experience working on fashion shoots since I'm not well-versed in the latest trends. However, I frequently work on compositing projects. Recently, a top Turkish bridal gown brand approached me to take their gowns to different cities across the globe. I couldn't turn down the opportunity, so we meticulously shot the models with the appropriate lighting and angles in the studio and later on composited them. I hope you like the final output.
Tuscanini Gelato
Tuscanini Ice Creams were coming in pints; therefore, instead of cones, the sculptures would come out of pints. Also, we’d be adding concepts that are well known by the public as “Italian”; Colosseum, Pisa Tower & Gondola.
In short, we came up with the work below.
Brand: Tuscanini Foods
Agency: Heart Works
Post-Production: Mehmet Turan (35milimetre)
3D Artist: Emre Zorer
What is best for you; Photography or 3D? (maybe both)
From time to time, we get requests from client candidates; they are usually unsure if they should use photography or go and take the 3D path and get 3D renders. So how can you decide if you need 3D design and render or go with photography?
All You Need to Know on Photography Composites
When I first installed Photoshop on my PC, my initial intention was to do things that could be done in a dark room. My flat at the time didn’t have enough space to set up an actual darkroom. At the time, I thought that I could do most of the things I could do in a dark room with a film scanner and this software. It didn’t take very long for me that in a digital “darkroom,” a person can easily surpass what is achievable in a conventional darkroom.
Now fast forward 21 years; I do freelance photography editing work (I like to call independent visual post-production work); I receive all kinds of requests. Most of the time, photographers and ad agencies have a good grasp of what is achievable in a digital darkroom, but now and then, I receive requests next to impossible. I’m not counting the demands we see on TV series or movies, which I can summarize as enhancement requests. Of course, these are not possible; if an image is very blurred, we can’t just make it camera sharp. I would have told you that it’s impossible though Google has some papers, and they are working on AI solutions to remedy such issues.

Cadiat
What is Cadiat System?
Trucking continues to be the prime mode of transport around the globe, accounting for over 80% of total freight costs. With static and constrained infrastructure, intelligent solutions are required to provide for the increasing demand and volume of goods. While at the same time mitigating the high cost of conventional fuel, including the resulting environmental impact.
Cadiat's pioneering autonomous intelligent trailer allows operators to improve conventional productivity from 50 ton-miles per dollar to over 700. All while using entirely renewable energy, producing zero emissions.
Cadiat solutions combine innovative electric powertrains capable of efficiently moving max-weight loads with operator-led autonomous systems to increase payload per driver by order of magnitude.
The Dog Driver
A few months back, I started communicating with Jake Dennis, a commercial photographer from New Zealand. He had quite an exciting project; he had shot a campaign for Go Car, a national car leasing-financing company. Their aim to make things fun and who doesn’t like dogs. They wanted to make a dog drive a convertible car.
The Arlington Campaign
The past year we had an exciting project with Coppola Photography, a work that received some awards in the US. Beginning of this year, we worked on a compositing project for a senior living complex in Florida, Arlington.
The groups and, in some cases, individuals are shot separately at the location, and the visuals are composited to form a single scene.
