A project with us is a two-way street. It is your responsibility to sweep your side of it. You’re running a business, and if your mind is in 100 places at once, that’s fine – but if it means you aren’t paying bills on time, then we will not chase you. It will take longer to get your final work product, and you accept that.
Clear, direct, constructive feedback is the fastest route to an end result you love.
We strive to be kind, courteous, and professional. Appropriate manners are required – rudeness is prohibited.
No lateness to meetings. If you need something done faster, or a change in scope, let us know – before we get started.
We commit to honesty & directness. Our job is to improve, and it’s best done with hard truth from the second set of eyes.
If we can add value, we will speak up and give advice based on my experience & what I’ve seen that works well. You’re always free to take my advice to heart or ignore me completely.
Our rates are neither the cheapest nor the most expensive - but we ensure that the value our clients receives from working with us far exceeds what they have paid.
